Franck Dubosc is a French comedian, scriptwriter, actor, and director. He has established himself as one of France's most prominent comedians by starring in the comedy Camping, directed by Fabien Onteniente in 2006, which had several sequels. He has also directed several comedies, including Rolling to You (2018) and How to Make a Killing (2024), both of which will be screened at the festival.
In this romantic comedy, Jocelyn, a successful businessman, is an inveterate flirt and a compulsive liar. As a misogynistic and selfish charmer, he attempts to seduce an attractive woman by pretending to be disabled. But his plan takes an unexpected turn when he encounters her sister, who happens to be a wheelchair user. Get ready for a heartwarming comedy as Franck Dubosc takes you on a truly human adventure that’s both hilarious and deeply touching.
The sessions will be an opportunity to discuss Franck Dubosc's experience as an actor and director.
