Charlotte Perriand was a designer, architect, and urban planner who made important contributions to 20th century architecture. Le Corbusier and his cousin Pierre Jeanneret noticed her talent and vision and worked with her for almost ten years on home equipment. She also influenced design history with her personality and connection to nature. Inspired by Japanese and Brazilian cultures, she worked with wood, straw, and bamboo. She designed the Japanese House in Paris in 1957 and the Japanese Embassy in 1966.

The documentary provides an inside look at the days leading up to the closing of the famous concept store Colette in December 2017. The Boutique that opened on Rue Saint-Honoré in Paris in 1997 sells products in minimal series and cutting-edge artistic collaborations with major brands: luxury clothing, art books, gadgets, sneakers, and cosmetics. Colette’s impact on the fashion world and beyond is explored through multiple interviews featuring Kanye West, Pharrell Williams, and Virgil Abloh.

As Gustave Eiffel is widely known for being the Statue of Liberty's engineer, the French government is pressuring him to design something spectacular for the 1889 Paris World Fair. However, he is only interested in the Metropolitan Project. Eiffel's design plans suddenly change when he crosses paths with a woman from his past who inspires him to change the Paris skyline forever. The film stars Romain Duris as Gustave Eiffel and follows a fictionalised romance between Eiffel and Adrienne Bourgès, his childhood sweetheart, played by Emma Mackey.

During the 1950s, Swiss architect Le Corbusier established the Indian city Chandigarh, which was designed as a harmonious blend of Western and Eastern influences. For some, it represented progress and a newly emerged democracy, but it remains unclear if Corbusier’s design was a success or a failure.The film follows four cultural workers living in the planned city. In a dense, atmospheric narrative, they reflect on Le Corbusier's legacy, utopian urban ideas, and cultural differences between East and West.

They are passionately taking their political messages to the streets – with the aid of bullet cases, smoke, blood, wax, plastic waste, music and their bodies.
