One cold December night, a hobo dressed as Santa hands out leaflets before returning to find his girlfriend, Josette, leaving him. She flees to the "S.O.S." call centre, where she knows Therese. Santa follows, chaos erupts, and Mrs. Musquin gets stuck in the elevator. Josette knocks him out, but he returns with a gun, accidentally kills two people, and proposes wrapping the bodies as Christmas gifts. Twisted holiday cheer ensues.
