To mark the sixtieth anniversary of its foundation, Children of the Mekong decided to commission a film to give six children a platform to share their hopes and dreams. When I grew up lets you hear the story of six children dreaming of a better future - and the story is told in their own words. Their names are Prin, Myu Lat Awng, Phout, Pagna, Thookolo and Juliet. On the banks of the Mekong, where access to education is a daily struggle, their paths fit just like the pieces of a puzzle.
Children of the Mekong is the Associate Production Company of this movie. On December 3, Guillaume Mariau, Communications Director will be here to answer your questions on this fantastic project.
