A Week-End with the French New Wave

Discover a selection of 4 movies of the French New Wave

In the late 50’s, a group of young French directors change the film-making and cinema production forever. The Hong Kong French Film Festival proposes to rediscover three movies of that period and pays tribute to its iconic actress Jeanne Moreau at the Broadway Cinematheque.

Elevator to the Gallows by Louis Malle

Two or Three Things I Know About Her by Jean-Luc Godard

Elevator to the Gallows and Two or Three Things I Know About Her are co-presented by Hong Kong International Film Festival Society
