Every film we chose for the 2023 French Film Festival was fantastic! Choosing the best one becomes increasingly challenging.

This is the list of the five festival Family films that we would choose if we have to narrow the selection down to just 5 highlighted films.

Robot Dreams [Mon ami robot]

Based on the popular graphic novel by the North American writer Sara Varon, ROBOT DREAMS tells the adventures and misfortunes of Dog and Robot in NYC during the '80s.

A bored rich young man, makes a contract with a man in Hong Kong so that he will die in 30 days. However, he falls in love and tries to break the contract.

The Three Musketeers - D’Artagnan [Les Trois mousquetaires : D’Artagnan]

The Three Musketeers: D'Artagnan is a 2023 action-adventure film and the first of a two-part epic saga directed by Martin Bourboulon. The second part, The Three Musketeers: Milady, will be released later this year.
This is the first French film adaptation of The Three Musketeers in 62 years since Bernard Borderie's two-part saga was released in 1961.

Don’t Look Now - We’re Being Shot At [La Grande vadrouille]

This film is a 1966 French-British comedy film set in 1942 about French civilians who help the crew of a Royal Air Force bomber shot down over Paris to make their way through German-occupied France to safe territory. It is absolutely a French classic.
